About Intivar: What is in it and how does it work?

Intivar is a vaginal gel that helps with vaginal lubrication, tightening and restoring vaginal elasticity. Intivar can make sex more enjoyable by working to solve problems associated with painful sex such as vaginal dryness and atrophy of the vaginal walls.
Intivar is made from pure, all natural ingredients that work together to increase a woman’s ability to produce vaginal lubrication. The ingredients in Intivar also have the ability to tighten the vaginal walls. In fact, most women report feeling a difference within minutes of using Intivar as a cool, tightening sensation occurs.
What is in Intivar? Nothing but all natural ingredients.
First, there is Mirofirm which is a purified extract of Peuraria mirifica, a plant with the highest levels of estrogenic activity similar to estradiol which is a form of estrogen. Estrogen is crucial to female sexual function and as women age their natural estrogen production slows down which can cause vaginal dryness and loss of elasticity in the vaginal walls. The Mirofirm contained in Intivar helps increase blood flow to the vaginal area, increases vaginal lubrication and helps tighten the vaginal wall.
Secondly, Intivar contains Panax or Korean Ginseng.  Ginseng has been used for centuries and has a number of uses including stress reduction. It is also thought to be an aphrodisiac. What it does in Intivar is regulate blood flow to the genitals. This helps with sexual arousal as proper blood flow is an important part of healthy sexual arousal.
Quercus infectoria is another ingredient of Intivar. This is also known as Oak gall extract. Oak gall has been used as an old home remedy to restore elasticity after childbirth for generations.  It also contains antioxidant, antibacterial and antifungal properties that help with overall good vaginal health and hygiene.  The Oak gall extract stimulates blood flow to the genitals thus increasing sensitivity and arousal. It also contributes to natural vaginal tightening.
Last but not least is Hamamelis virginiana or Witch hazel. It comes from a shrub commonly found in Europe and North America. The leaf of the Witch hazel shrub has an extract that contains tannins and other flavonoids. What do these do? They act like an astringent and anti-inflammatory which means when it is applied to the vaginal area there is a rush of instant blood flow along with constriction and a tightening sensation. Usually these affects can be felt very quickly after application which in short hand means the vagina feels tighter and arousal is increased.
So put them all together and you spell Intivar. All natural. Nothing containing harsh chemicals or additives.  All of these ingredients work together to provide natural lubrication and vaginal tightening which translates to a better sex life for you.

Are You Having Painful Sex?

Are you one of the millions of women on the planet who find sex painful and uncomfortable? Does the pain you experience from sex make you avoid it whenever possible? Do you wish you could be intimate with your partner but painful sex makes it impossible? You may feel alone with these issues but you are not. Pain with intercourse is one of the most common sexual problems women today experience.
It can be frustrating, embarrassing, and can make you feel like you are missing out on one of the most important aspects of intimacy and life. Many women do not seek out help because they are embarrassed to discuss this or any sexual issue with their health care provider. So the problem goes unaddressed and untreated. And women suffer in silence.
If you are experiencing pain with intercourse the first thing to do is to see your doctor and confide in him or her about the problem. There are some medical reasons why sex could be painful and you want to rule those out. Avoiding the problem does not make it go away. Sometimes after a medical procedure or surgery, sex can become painful and trying new positions that are more comfortable can help alleviate the pain and make sex more comfortable.
One of the most common reasons sex is painful for women is lack of vaginal lubrication. We need enough lubrication to create a “bumper” between the penis and vaginal walls. When there is not enough vaginal lubrication, the friction of intercourse can cause vaginal tears that are painful. But if you think about it, not having enough vaginal lubrication results in “dry sex” where there is nothing to help ease penetration. I can only imagine it feels like someone penetrating you when your vaginal walls feel like sandpaper. It is rough and uncomfortable when what you want is something smooth and silky.
If vaginal dryness is an issue for you, it is time to do something about it so you can take control and reclaim a healthy sex life. Intivar can help. Intivar is a great vaginal lubricant which can give that smooth and silky feeling. Intivar does more than just provides what nature isn’t. The difference between Intivar and other brands of lubricant is that Intivar contains natural ingredients that help your own body to begin to produce your own natural vaginal lubrication again. No other lubricant in the market does that. After using Intivar sex will become pleasurable again instead of painful. No more sandpaper. Let Intivar do the work for you by showing your body how to get things flowing again.

Vaginal Dryness - The Whys and Hows

When a woman suffers from vaginal dryness, her first thoughts may not be about finding out why or how it is happening. Usually she just wants it to stop. Sort of like not knowing how the motor of your car runs, but wanting the engine to turn over when you turn the key. You don’t care about the mechanics you just want your car to start.  Vaginal dryness is like that. We don’t give it a lot of thought until it happens to us. Then we want a quick fix. Then when the quick fix doesn’t happen we start to investigate what might be causing it and how we can fix it for the long run.
Vaginal dryness can be caused by a few different things. Side effects of medication, the aging process, changes that come with childbirth. The last two are related to the most common cause of vaginal dryness, which is hormonal imbalance. Hormone levels change over the course of our monthly menstrual cycle, as we age and approach menopause and after childbirth as the body tries to regulate itself again. As an extra bonus to dealing with all of these things we can fail to produce enough vaginal lubrication. That makes sex uncomfortable and sometimes even painful. What was once a flowing river of pleasure is now a great big deep empty well. It can wreak havoc on our sex lives and just make wearing panties uncomfortable.
Luckily there are things we as women can do to alleviate vaginal dryness. Lubricant is the nectar of the Gods when it comes to solving the problem of vaginal dryness. However, the average lubricant will only take you from one sexual encounter to another. Intivar is a better choice because it helps a woman’s body start to produce her own vaginal lubricant on her own again. The natural ingredients in Intivar not only provide lubricant for the moment at hand, they kick start her own body into producing more of what she already has. Intivar can teach her about her own body so she doesn’t just have to turn on the key and hope it starts. With Intivar, her engine will start to run all on its own again.

How to Boost Your Sex Drive?

Lack of sex drive or low libido is the most commonly reported sexual complaint among women. Knowing it is common does not make it any easier for women who are experiencing it. It just makes them want solutions.
To find a solution for low libido first you have to understand what can cause it, and there can be many causes. Life situations such as stress, fatigue, relationship issues can call take their toll on our sexual desire. It is natural for our sexual desire to ebb and flow over the course of our lives given what may be happening at the time. However, there are also other causes for low libido such as side effects of medication, illness, and injury.
One of the main reasons women experience a decrease in sex drive is hormone level irregularity. This happens during and after pregnancy and as women age and go through menopause. When hormone levels are low or out of sync, it affects sexual desire negatively in a couple of ways. First, healthy hormone levels are necessary for sexual desire. Plain and simple. Secondly, when hormone levels are low or abnormal, vaginal dryness can occur making sex painful. That starts an endless cycle of attempted sexual encounter-painful or uncomfortable sex resulting in a failed sexual encounter-fear and avoidance of sexual encounters-decrease in sexual desire.
The mind is a powerful thing. It has a way of trying to protect the body. When someone is conditioned or expecting sex to be painful or uncomfortable because of vaginal dryness for example, it is easy to believe that all sexual encounters will end badly. So as a way of protection the body just sort of shuts down when it comes to sexual desire. It thinks it is easier to shut down than to risk pain.
The good news is, there are solutions to low libido.  One such solution is Intivar. Intivar helps with vaginal dryness by boosting the woman’s natural ability to produce vaginal lubrication.  Intivar also helps increase blood flow to the genitals. Good blood flow is crucial to sexual arousal. Intivar helps heighten vaginal sensations by increasing blood flow. This leads to better and more powerful orgasms.
Once blood flow is increased and there is more vaginal lubrication many women reclaim their sexuality and go on to have amazing sex lives and never suffer from low libido again. Taking the first step is always the hardest.  It requires admission that there is a problem and a strong desire to overcome it and get your sex life back on track.  Using Intivar is the first step in that leap of faith. If you are a woman with low libido take that leap of faith and try Intivar. The results will prove themselves very quickly and you will wonder why you ever waited.

The Effects of vaginal dryness on your sex life can be disastrous. Even though sex may not be the most important thing in a relationship, there is no denying that sexual problems can quickly spill over into other aspects of your relationship and even your life.
Vaginal dryness is something that all women will experience at one time or another, but when it becomes a regular problem it isn’t long before the effects of vaginal dryness on your sex life become very apparent. Vaginal dryness can cause both mental and physical problems.

Your risk of infection is increased when you suffer from vaginal dryness because of the chafing and irritation that occurs during sexual intercourse. Vaginal dryness can also make your skin flaky and itchy which also increases the risk of infections. It’s one vicious circle once vaginal dryness sets in.
Vaginal dryness can happen for many reasons beginning with hormonal changes. This can be hormonal changes that are the result of:
·         Perimenopause
·         Menopause
·         Pregnancy
·         Stress
·         Poor diet
·         Prescription medications
·         Medical treatments, such as chemotherapy

The effects of vaginal dryness on your sex life need to be addressed before they get out of hand. The right treatment is all that’s standing in the way of you and a fulfilling sex life.
To help combat the effects of vaginal dryness, you may want to use a natural cream such as Intivar.

How to Restore Vaginal Elasticity

When it comes to how to restore vaginal elasticity, many women tend to believe that there is nothing they can do and that a loss of elasticity is simply a sign of aging or childbirth that they have to learn to live with. Thankfully, this is not the case at all. There are ways to restore vaginal elasticity along with plenty of good reasons why you should do what you can to rejuvenate your vagina its elasticity.
Learning how to restore vaginal elasticity starts with understanding why it was lost in the first place. Vaginal elasticity doesn’t only lessen after childbirth, but also for several other reasons. Vaginal dryness is usually the cause of a loss of elasticity outside of any stretching that happens during childbirth. When your vagina produces the moisture (natural lubricant) that it should, not even childbirth can keep it from eventually springing back to its original tightness. Most women suffer from vaginal dryness at some point, but for those who are going through perimenopuase or menopause, hormonal changes, and even those taking certain medications; vaginal dryness becomes a chronic problem. Even over-the-counter cold and allergy medications can contribute to vaginal dryness by interfering with your body’s ability to produce lubrication. The dry skin then becomes less firm and supple, ultimately losing elasticity which then leads to uncomfortable or painful sex, itching, irritation, inflammation, and even infection. It’s a very vicious cycle that can interfere with your sex life and self confidence.
Restoring vaginal elasticity is possible with a vaginal rejuvenation gel.  What you need to do when it comes to how to restore vaginal elasticity is look for a cream or gel that contains only natural ingredients. The reason for this is that many of the vaginal tightening products on the market contain dyes and perfumes which often contain alcohol which is known to dry out the skin—ultimately leading to more dryness that can work against restoring elasticity. Also, a gel like this works far better than simply adding some personal lubricant to your sex life because it offers more than just a temporary fix. It works by increasing the blood flow to the vagina so that sexual pleasure is heightened which causes your body to naturally produce lubrication. Applying it regularly keeps your vagina naturally moist all the time so that your elasticity returns and discomfort in and out of the bedroom improves.
Another way that will help you to restore your vaginal elasticity along with using a female rejuvenation gel is being aware of the controllable factors in your life that could be causing vaginal dryness. For instance, talk to your doctor about switching any medications you may be on that lists vaginal dryness as a side effect.
Avoid any soaps, body washes, lotions or hygiene products that contain perfumes or dyes to avoid drying out the skin even more.
If your looking to restore vaginal elasticity, you may want to look at using a natural cream such as Intivar.

How to have a Better Orgasm

Women and men, for that matter have been searching for the secrets to having a better orgasm since sex was invented. Books have been written about it, sex gurus have talked about better sexual positions for orgasm, food and diets that are supposed to help, exercise plans and even miracle drugs. While much of these tips are valid, it seems people are in pursuit of this never ending quest to have the perfect, most intense orgasm ever and if they don’t succeed they think there is something wrong with them. The continually compare themselves to others, buy into the media hype that tells them unless they do what the experts recommend, their sex life is somehow not measuring up to what it is supposed to be. In reality, this does more harm than good. It only creates insecurity and anxiety which in turn make having an orgasm, any orgasm more difficult, much less a mind blowing, earth shattering one.

The first step in having a better orgasm is to give yourself permission to do what is necessary to have one. Leave any sexual baggage at your door. This includes feelings of guilt and shame about your body, sex and pleasure. This goes a long way on the road to orgasm discovery.

One of the most important things someone can do to have a better orgasm and more fulfilling sex life overall is to know their own body and what gives them pleasure. Experimenting with what kind of touch feels good and where, what kind of stimulation at what level is needed to build arousal to the point of orgasm is crucial to having one. If someone does not know what pleases them sexually, how can they communicate that information to a sexual partner? Spend some time alone with your body and find out all it’s mysteries of pleasure.

Orgasms use muscles. It is not something we usually think of in the heat of the moment but the truth is, during sexual arousal and orgasm, our bodies use muscles we may not even know we had. Pelvic muscles contract during orgasm and if these muscles are not in tip top shape it can influence how we experience intensity of orgasm. Do Kegel exercises to strengthen these muscles and intensity of orgasm will improve.

Take a look in the medicine cabinet. Medications are notorious for having sexual side effects including difficulty with orgasm. A discussion with health care providers is in order if there are medications being taken. Sometimes there is an alternative medication that does not have the same side effects.

Breathe and go slow. Really breathe during sex. Slow deep breaths and controlled breathing helps keep oxygen flowing through the blood which helps orgasm and also helps someone be aware of everything going on with their body. It helps people tune into sex instead of tuning out. Breathing correctly can also help slow things down. Taking your time during foreplay and letting arousal build up actually makes orgasm better because by the time you finally let go it will feel like a much needed explosion.

Take inventory of your vagina. I don’t mean to count all the parts. But pay attention to what happens during sexual arousal and if there are problems in that area. If a woman experiences vaginal dryness or the elasticity of her vagina has decreased from childbirth or aging, sex can be uncomfortable or even painful and this does not make for an optimal orgasm situation. However, vaginal dryness and loss of elasticity are actually two things that are more easily fixed than other issues associated with sexuality and orgasm.

Intivar can do wonders for vaginal dryness and it also helps restore vaginal elasticity as well. One of the best aspects about Intivar is that it is made from all natural ingredients so you will not be exposing yourself to harsh chemicals. This vaginal gel not only provides lubrication but helps a woman produce more lubrication herself so there is no uncomfortable feeling during sex like there is when a woman has vaginal dryness. Intivar also helps tighten the vagina by helping restore elasticity which makes for more pleasurable sexual experiences. Using Intivar to solve vaginal dryness and elasticity issues is a definite solution that will help women have better orgasms.

Intivar helped save my sex life. My True Story

At one time, not too long ago in fact, I was having some serious problems with my sex life. The biggest problem was that it was non-existent. I had reached a certain age and figured it was over for me and that this was my lot in life. I wasn’t ready for the changes that came with aging. I wasn’t ready for menopause. So many of my friends breezed right though. Of course, I had every side effect the doctors know about and probably some they didn’t.
I had always been proud of my sexuality. I was not ready to experience vaginal dryness and all the pain, itching and discomfort that go along with it. I was certainly not ready when I did a little home exam and found the walls of my vagina had atrophied when I wasn’t paying attention. When did that happen? I was not ready to give into Father Time. I didn’t know what I could do but I knew I wasn’t going down without a fight.
I tried creams and pills and exercises. I shoved kegel bars into my vagina hoping I had enough muscle strength to hold them there. Nothing worked. I briefly considered the vaginal rejuvenation surgery I see advertised everywhere but when I saw the cost, the invasiveness, risks and recovery time I knew that was one option I would not be exploring.
Then I found Intivar and my life changed dramatically and for the better. After trying every lubricant I could find and being disappointed, Intivar was a pleasant surprise. It gave me enough lubrication with a natural feel to make sex pleasurable instead of feeling like I was conducting a pharmaceutical experiment. After a couple uses of Intivar, two great things started happening. First, my body kicked in and started producing more of my own vaginal lubrication. I felt like my vagina was doing a younger vagina’s job and I was thrilled. My own production is up and I find I don’t need Intivar as a lubricant as much. However, the second thing that happened really blew my socks off.  I noticed my vagina getting tighter again. So did my partner! I gained more elasticity and my vagina is actually tighter. It makes me feel younger and it has made my sex life so much better.
I never used to understand couples saying this was the best time in their lives for sex. Now I do. Intivar has helped make that possible for me and I am one very satisfied customer.

Post Pregnancy Sex - Does it Really Exist?

We have all seen the fairy tale. Man and woman meet, fall in love, get married, have great sex, have a baby and live happily ever after.  That is the fairy tale. Many of us know the reality. Babies change things. Our whole lives for one. Roles change. From lover to mother. Is it possible to get back to lover again?
Yes it is true your time is not your own for a long time. You are responsible for another human being actually surviving. It takes a lot of time and focus. When you do reach the point where you want to have sex again, you may find changes that have occurred to your body while gestating and pushing your little miracle out into the world may make you feel anything less than sexy.
Many women are apprehensive about sex the first time out after giving birth. They are scared it will be painful. They are scared their stretched out vaginas will hold no pleasure for their partner. Because let’s face it, you can’t push something the size of a watermelon out of something the size of a garden hose without there being some changes. And that is ok. Most women realize the cost of having their baby is changes to their bodies and they are so happy to have that little miracle the changes seem a small price to pay.
Until they try to have sex. At that point many of them are shocked at just how much things have changed. The vagina is usually as dry as the Sahara desert, especially if she is breastfeeding as hormones are trying to figure out where they fit in this new cycle. That alone makes sex painful or uncomfortable. However, the vagina has usually also lost a significant amount of elasticity and what was once tight is now just loose. You wonder if she will actually be able to feel her husband’s penis inside of her since normally the vagina tightens around the penis at penetration.
The good news is, there are things a woman can do to make sex enjoyable again. Getting in shape, doing kegel exercises, allowing herself to heal before she attempts sex is important. She may feel caught between roles of lover and mother and shouldn’t rush sex. When she is ready to get back to intimacy Intivar can do wonders to help. First, it can tackle the vaginal dryness problem. Use it as a lubricant and it really helps to make sex more comfortable. It will also work with your body to help it produce more of its own vaginal lubricant so a woman can feel like she is becoming her old self again.
When thinking about whether her vagina is too lose for sexual intercourse, a woman should know Intivar can help with this problem as well. Intivar contains natural ingredients that actually make it a vaginal tightening gel. Intivar helps restore vaginal elasticity and tighten the vagina naturally. Women who use it can actually feel it happen as they get the Intivar rush when their bodies come in contact with the natural ingredients such as Mirofirm, Panax Ginseng, Oak Gall and Witch Hazel.
Before you give up on post baby sex, try Intivar. It has what it takes to make your sex life enjoyable again.
